Ingredients

  • 1 romaine lettuce
  • 1 tbsp garlic chopped
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 tbsp oil or chicken grease You can skip adding oil if there is already grease inside the air fryer.

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F. If you cooking other food previously, increase the temperature to 400°F.
  • Wash and dry the romaine lettuce. Leave the lettuce whole, with the root end intact. Cut in the middle to split it in half. If your air fryer is not big enough, you can cut off some leafy parts for salad later.
  • Brush the lettuce lightly with olive oil. Or you can mix the lettuce with the remaining grease inside the air fryer. Air fry for 2 minutes on each side, or until the outside of lettuce is crispy and slightly browned. Enjoy!
