Chicken thigh is one of our favorite ingredients to cook with an air fryer. Even though it contains more calories than chicken breast, I think the tenderness and juiciness are totally worth it.
In this blog post, we would like to share with you an easy air fryer chicken thigh recipe. It doesn’t require complex skills but you can make this perfectly cooked chicken within 30 minutes in total!
Air Fryer Chicken Thighs
A quick air fryer meal with the juiciest chicken!

- Air Fryer
Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs
- neutral oil spray
Seasoning Mix
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- ½ tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Use a paper towel to pap dry the chicken thighs and marinade with the "seasoning mix" ingredients that are listed above for 15 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350ºF. Spray oil on the air fryer tray, and place the chicken in (with the skin side down). Spray the other side of the chicken with oil. Flip the chicken at 10 minutes mark. Cook until the internal temperature reaches 165ºF.
- Remove the chicken from the air fryer, and let it rest for 10 minutes before serving. You can add some vegetables to the air fryer. Use the residue oil to cook the veggies, which will make them taste so good! (We used some mushrooms and snap peas and cook them for 10 minutes inside the air fryer) You can switch to other that you like. Serve the veggies with the chicken. Enjoy!
