Today we would like to share with you an easy air fryer chicken recipe.
We used 6 chicken thighs here, which is perfect for 4 people. It is a great appetizer and doesn’t need to take very long to make. The chicken turned out crispy on the out, while the inside is still juicy and flavorful.
Even though there is not any breading for the chicken, the air fryer method will still make it so crispy! In the same time, it will keep it at a lower calorie level.
The cilantro is just a nice garnish for the chicken. Not only does it add some nice color contrast, but also it goes so great with the seasoning flavor. When everything combines, they just go so well together!

Ingredients
- 6 chicken thighs
- 1 bunch cilantro chooped
Seasoning Mix
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp coriander powder
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 1 tsp cumin powder
Instructions
- Cut 6 chicken thighs into bite-size pieces, and marinate for 10 minutes with the seasoning mix (except save 2 tsp of seasoning mix to toss on the cooked chicken at the end, which will enhance the flavor)
- Preheat the air fryer to 425ºF, add the chicken in, spread it evenly, and cook for 10 minutes. Stir the chicken and cook for another 5 minutes at 375ºF. Toss with the remaining seasoning. Garnish with cilantro. Enjoy!
