Pork Rib Stew
With only 3 steps you can have a delicious meal. It is perfectly pair with rice.

- Dutch oven
Ingredients
- 2 lb rib tips
- 1 tbsp canola oil or other non-flavor oil
- 6 slice ginger
- 6 clove garlic
- 2 star anise
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 14 oz can diced tomatoes
- ½ cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar
Instructions
- Place the ribs in a pot with 2 slice of ginger, add cold water cover them, and bring to boil. Take the ribs out when the water is boiling. This step can make the sauce cleaner.
- In a dutch oven, heat 1 tbsp of oil with medium heat. Sautee garlic, ginger, star anise, and cinnamon stick for about 1 minute. Once you can smell the aroma of spices, add the can tomato in, together with soy sauce and 1 tbsp of sugar.
- Add ribs into the sauce, and add water to cover the ribs. Once the water boil, turn to low heat and let it stew for 2 hours. Enjoy!
